Job Summary: Phykon is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives providing top-notch customer service and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer support representatives.
  • Oversee the entire customer service process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Plan and facilitate training sessions to standardize service delivery.
  • Monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.
