Position Title: Transaction Analyst (Australian Process)

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Location: Trivandrum - Technopark

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts - 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Benefits: Transport within a 30km radius and breakfast for early morning shift employees

Position Overview

As a Transaction Analyst for the Australian Process, you will play a vital role in managing critical orders, interacting with customers and clients, and ensuring smooth documentation and reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Handle critical orders daily through calls, fax, and emails from customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with end customers and clients to address their needs and resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0 to 1 year, with excellent command over English (both verbal and written).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (candidates awaiting results may also apply, preferably BA, BSc, B.Com, and BBA).
  • Skills: Computer efficiency is mandatory; customer service orientation and teamwork.
  • Availability: Open to working in early morning shifts (Australian Process).
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
