We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal

skills for the technical support position.


Designation: Technical Support Executive – Voice Process

Experience: 0 to 1 years

Work Location: Trivandrum - Technopark

US Shift Timings: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am and 10.30 pm to 7.30 am (Rotational Shift)

Qualification: Graduation in any stream.


Responsibilities:

-Responding to customer requests over telephone, emails and chats.

-Maintaining excellent levels of quality, quantity and customer satisfaction scores

-Escalate situations in an appropriate manner, and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions.

-Meet productivity, quality and sales targets consistently.


Must-Have:

• A neutral accent in English (without any MTI-Mother Tongue Influence)

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

• Willingness to work any shift, in a 24/7/365 environment.


Good To Have:

Working knowledge of LAN / WAN / Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Issues.

PC / Laptop and fast Internet access, keyboard, mouse and headset
